Termination

Jurisdictional Issues

The materials on the Sites are directed at residents of the United Kingdom. The Sites are controlled and operated by Cotswold Capital from its offices within the UK. We make no representation that materials on the Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access the Sites from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Business Continuity Plan Statement

Cotswold Capital prioritizes business continuity and disaster recovery. We have a Business Continuity Plan to minimize downtime and restore services swiftly in the event of service outages. Our plan includes regular planning, testing, and training, as well as a Crisis Management Plan. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, no plan can completely prevent disruptions or guarantee their absence.

Other

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between Cotswold Capital and you. We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms at our discretion.
