These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement that governs your use of the websites of Cotswold Capital Partners LLP (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Cotswold Capital,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) including cotswoldcapital.com and any sites automatically redirected to them (collectively, the “Sites”).

By using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Sites. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will become effective upon posting, and any use of the Sites thereafter constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, discontinue using the Sites. We suggest that you review these Terms periodically for updates.

Cotswold Capital will not treat users of the Sites as its clients solely by virtue of their accessing the Sites. Nothing in these Terms is intended to modify any other written agreement you may have with Cotswold Capital. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other written agreements with Cotswold Capital, the terms of the other written agreements shall prevail. Additional terms and conditions of use may apply to password-restricted areas of the Sites.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The information provided on the Sites does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Neither the information nor any opinion contained on the Sites constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation by Cotswold Capital, any of its affiliates, or any entity managed directly or indirectly by the foregoing, to buy or sell any partnership interest, securities, futures, options, or other financial instruments. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Cotswold Capital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cotswold Capital shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Sites or materials therein, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Cotswold Capital has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability of Cotswold Capital to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Cotswold Capital, if any, for access to the Sites. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
